Note for online payments: we are not charged a fee for online payments through Zeffy's fundraising platform. However, the payment summary will include an optional contribution that goes to the payment company. You can change or delete this amount. Zeffy accepts major credit and debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
How your membership helps
We rely on a membership base to provide steady income for our expenses. This helps us earmark our fundraising money strictly for our programs.
Membership dues
Annual Membership dues are $15 per household. All dues are payable in December. If you join or renew after October 1, membership is effective through the following year.
Meetings
We meet at 3:00 PM for about an hour on the last Tuesday of every month at the Boone County Animal Shelter in Burlington. All members are welcome and can vote on issues.
Volunteer Opportunities
In addition to volunteering at local shelters, our members volunteer to help with our fundraising events. Our largest event is our annual Petfest, held in September. We always have opportunities for volunteers to help organize and run the event. Note: There are no volunteering commitments required for membership.
